• Usage and analytics data, such as pages visited, conversation volume, and dashboard activity, used to operate and improve the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and improve our AI agents, respond to support requests, process billing, provide dashboard analytics to clients, and communicate updates about the service. Conversation data is used to train and tune the specific agent it belongs to — it is not shared across unrelated client accounts.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver the service, we work with a small number of trusted providers, including:

• AI model providers (such as Anthropic's Claude API) to power agent reasoning and responses.
• Messaging platforms (Meta's WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger APIs) to deliver conversations on those channels.
• Cloud data and dashboard infrastructure used to store conversation records and display analytics.
• Payment processors to handle subscription billing.

Each provider only receives the data necessary to perform its function and is contractually restricted from using it for unrelated purposes.

Conversation data is retained for as long as the client's account is active, plus a limited period afterward for backup and legal purposes, unless a client or end customer requests earlier deletion.
